Check the box for " Connect using different credentials".You would then enter your username as "uab\YourBlazerID" and password in the security pop-up window. If you are connecting from outside either the UAB Campus or Hospital networks (e.g., your home), you need to make sure you are already running and connected using UAB's secure Virtual Private Network (VPN) (needed for off-campus access to work) and click the "Connect using different credentials" checkbox.
